Not really, vaginal dryness isn´t a frecuent sign of pregnancy. I would recommend waiting patiently for the bleeding to occur, if after 15 days this has jet not happened you should perform a pregnancy test. Remember to use protection on your sexual encounters not only to prevent pregnancy but also for STD transmission.
